The Murderer of My Soul...Writing Update

I sat there attempting to bypass the feeling of cringe growing in the pit of my stomach with each sentence, but there was no denying that after completing a tolerable draft of chapter one, chapter two's draft had slowly become the murderer of my soul. I have been telling myself to press forward with chapter two, but I cannot without thinking of the multiple edits I have to make on chapter one in order to coherently write and fuse with the direction of chapter two, and so instead of completely halting the process of chapter two, I have noted major edits for both chapters as they are now, and am focused on writing portions of chapter two while I edit enough to not feel like my story is stabbing me in the back, and so back to scene writing I go!
